We recently upgraded from v4 to v6.2.0.  I have users set to edit specific modules.  Now, when I try to add a new user to edit a module, I can add the user in the Permissions tab, but when the name is added to the list, under the Edit column, I see a lock icon that reads "Not Specified" when I mouse-over it, and I see no way to grant editing premissions or to delete a user fom this list.

I have tried it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

Can anyone offer any help on this seemingly simple task?

Thank you.
