I recently upgraded a client from 5.2.2 to 6.2.2.  We have the Users & Roles Modules set up on a page with permissions set for user role "Staff" to be able to update at the module level.  (The users in the staff role do not have the admin role added to their profile.)  In Ver 5.2.2 they were able to add new users.  in 6.2.2 they cannot.  After filling out the form, they press the Add User button and the screen just blinks and nothing happens.

Any help would be most appreciated.
