I had a previous dnn site (5.6) and upgraded to 6.2.  I ran into all sorts of issues and decided to start fresh.

I uploaded  a theme that said it was dnn 6 compatible.  when I am in edit mode, the module edit menus are always open and if I hover over manage, they pop down to the bottom of the screen.  So I reverted back to dark night and it is still happening.

I checked the jquery setting and it was set to off.  I changed it to on but no difference.

Anyone have any idea?
