Regardless of whether you are installing from source code, or binary install, the only way to successfully install a DNN site is to put the files in place in the web folder and then navigate to the web root address in a browser. IE or Firefox preferred over Safari and Chrome.

The install scripts which create the correct directory structure are built to run automatically on the server, and prompt you for the SQL Server database name, user and password - which you should have set up in advance.

Even though 'Everyone' has permission to the server, you should specifically check the DefaultAppPool and IUSR accounts permissions. IUSR must have access and DefaultAppPool must have Modify - easier to just give Full permissions to DefaultAppPool.

Creating something like this will do:

#region "Public Members"
private string _PrintIcon;
public string PrintIcon {
get {return _PrintIcon;}
set { _PrintIcon = value; }
}
#endregion

You can use other private strings if you want. Hope this will fix your problem.
