I don't see any issue in your statement, do you get the same reply when executing the statement from Host > SQL?

beside the insert on the database i need to check if the certain email already exist. i write the below code but is not working. i don't know how to use it beside using else
Select * from klinwtrapezigr .subscriptions where email='sdfsaf@hotmail.com'
ELSE INSERT INTO klinwtrapezigr.subscritption (email,from_site)
VALUES ('sdfsaf@hotmail.com','sf')

Your databaseOwner and objectQualifier is miessed, I think:

Try this:

Select * from {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}klinwtrapezigr .subscriptions where email='sdfsaf@hotmail.com'
ELSE INSERT INTO {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}klinwtrapezigr.subscritption (email,from_site)
VALUES ('sdfsaf@hotmail.com','sf')
