Think it's actually some kind of a bug and easy to replicate.

After changing the login method from "UserName" to "Email address as UserName" in the "UserAccount Settings" tab of "Site Settings" page I couldn't log in to my site but entering my "UserName" in the "Email address" textbox  was successful.

Using DNN 6.2.3., my site uses Private Registration Method.

if you enable the feature, email address will be copied to user name field as well for newly created users. Existing users will not be affected.

I have been testing modules that allow me to charge to register for my site. One of them switched the login mode to email address. Now when the login dialog pops up it says email instead of user name. How to I change this back? I don't want users logging in with their email address.
