Had almost the exact thing happen to me today with latest version of dnn and auth module on 2008 r2.

Auto login authentication working GREAT for the past few days. After about a week of trials I thought I had the issue resolved after trying many many different configurations. I haven't touched the config at all worried it would break if I looked at it too long, and well today auto login just quit working out of the blue. No matter if I navigate to windowssignin or login page it just presents me a form and does not even attempt signin anymore, although it worked fine for several days.

It is near halloween, so maybe that's it.

Brian, when you say you get a form is it the Login form or is it something else?
