Ok, so I have a couple of users who have requested password recovery. There was an error sending the password reminder so I attempted to change it for them and send it to them. I get an error: There was an error setting the password. The password has not been changed.

I tried to use the 'Reset' command and get the same error. On resetting the password on an admin user, it updated just fine. But on a different user, no response at all. No error, nothing.  So I try the first user account, and back to the previous written error message. Back to the last mentioned user and again no response at all. Anyone have ANY idea what might be going on?
