A new DNN 6.2.3 installation clean and trying to edit content gives me this error

A potentially dangerous Request.Path value was detected from the client (%)

Edit 1:

I was using .Net4 and integrated mode on the web server. Now I have turned it to classic mode. Lets see if it fixed the problem

 I think you try to run anything that is not allowed.  Running code on HTML Module is filtered and will give you an issue.  This happens to prevent that dangerous code could be added to your site.

 Nope, I am only trying to view the editor to be able to edit something. But it is when the editor should appear that the error happens. If I move back to classic .net4 mode then this error becomes this one instead:

404.11 - URL is double-escaped.

This URL is denied because it is susceptible to double-escaping attacks.

The error is not solved yet :(

As you are running in an ASP.Net 4.0 application pool, make sure that the following attribute and value was added to the <httpRuntime . . . />

element of the site's web.config file:

requestValidationMode="2.0"

This as well as a couple of bindingRedirect changes to web.config should have happened automatically during the installation when DNN detected ASP.Net 4.0. I would recommend that you continue to run in integrated pipe-line, not classic mode.
