Hi Sebastian, I am running on DNN 6.01.03 Community Edition and will upgrade if necessary, but short of time at present. Magazine publishing date looming and lots of work still outstanding. Hence why I need to know if upgrade will definitely resolve problem.

Bump.

Finally got magazine to bed and will now try the upgrade this weekend.

However will be good to hear from somebody if this will actually fix the problem. Does anyone know, or is it just wishful thinking?

Upgrade to 6.2.4 this weekend cured the problem. Not sure why, but it did.

Actually I just upgraded to 7.0 after i moved to a bigger server, but I have the same problem. I just dont get images from portal directory, the problem is that the site is expecting the portal directory to be at the root but then the issue here is that I have four DNNs in the same server so i cant create a virtual directory

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorted out by manually changing the images in the site. All is working fine now. 

DNN 7 on windows 2008 server is a lot better and faster with some IIS tweaks!
