Here's something I found with the continuous refreshing when trying to add a module to a page. I have an install on my workstation and it works fine. It was on my 13" laptop that I was getting the constant refresh no matter what user account I was logged into. I wonder if it's a screen/window size issue?

I can confirm that switching from Control Bar to Ribbon bar does allow me to switch to and stay in edit mode.
It's not a screen size issue as it's happening to me on my dual monitor setup with the site on a 24" monitor at 1920x1024

I got the same feedback from clients, hopefully this issue will be fixed in next version.

I'm a bit frustrated by the lack of communication. Seems like the team working on this should respond with something like, "We've confirmed this issue. It occurs under the following conditions... We have created a ticket it for it here..."

We haven't seen this recently in newer builds, but we'll keep an eye on this
