I need a website in two languages. like www.web.com/english/default.aspx and www.web.com/Arabic/default.aspx.

i need forum for both the languages.

I create two portals for two languages.

Is it possible to use same forum module for two languages?

One language is arabic, all words should be align from right to left..

is this possible?

is dnn forum supports Localization ? if yes how to do it?

DNN Forum and Active Forums mudule only supports the static Localization.  The Content of a Forum could not be localized.  But it is possible if you use own Portal for each language to create a Forum for each Portal.

you cannot share modules across portals, but you may install a forum in Arab on one website and another one in English on the other site.

you may use a proper skin for the forum on each side, which needs to support RTL, as well as a richtext editor, which is aware of writing direction (I haen't tried RadEditor, but at least CKEditor does (download for free from http://dnnckeditor.codeplex.com).
