First off, I love this module!
Next, is it possible to leave out the GUIDs from being added to the filename at upload? I've found the code that removes them at the time of download, but haven't found where in the code it is added at upload. Currently to work around this, I remove the GUIDs in the DB table filename field

the code that inserts the GUID at upload time is in the RepositoryBL.vb file. Search the source code for strGUID. There are 2 places where this code is executed, once for the file and once for the image.

strFileName = strFileName.Substring(0, strFileName.LastIndexOf(strExtension)) & strGUID & "." & strExtension

strImageFileName = strImageFileName.Substring(0, strImageFileName.LastIndexOf(strImageExtension)) & strGUID & "." & strImageExtension

just comment out those 2 lines and the GUID will not be inserted.
