you need to install symbols associated with the .dll files installed - i.e. new .dll = new symbols.

It appears that the file Global.asax located in the root of the 6.2.5 upgrade package zip did not get copied to the root folder of the existing site prior to triggering the upgrade. This could have been due to a corrupted download of the upgrade package, a permissions problem on the root folder of the existing website or simply not allowing all duplicate files to be replaced when copying or FTP'ing the upgrade files over the existing site files.

There was a change in the fully qualified namespace of this class from DotNetNuke.Common.DotNetNukeHttpApplication to DotNetNuke.Web.Common.Internal.DotNetNukeHttpApplication between versions 6.1.2 and 6.2.5. This class is now in the DotNetNuke.Web.dll assembly.
