I've tried firefox, IE, safari and chrome on both Mac and Windows. Nothing works...

What version of jQuery are you both using (Host - Other Settings)?

I noticed in my installation that if I upgraded jQuery from 1.6.1 to 1.9.3 then that would break my panel moving/editing  possibilities on any page.

As soon as I reverted to 1.6.1 all came back to normal.

Installed jQuery Version is 1.7.2 and Installed jQuery UI Version is 1.8.16.
I don't know which one you mean?

I meant only jQuery, not jQuery UI.

In my case higher versions of jQuery seem not to work properly with DNN 7.0 CE so I'm stuck with jQery 1.6.1 which is compatible  AFAIK.

My system also seems to run jQuery Version is 1.7.2 and Installed jQuery UI Version is 1.8.16.

How can I downgrade/switch to an earlier version of jQuery?

Thanks,
Stefan
