Hi Raul,

Although we have already resolved this issue for you,  I thought I send a reply to this post so that other users who encounter the same issue will know that they can send their emails directly to CustomerCare@dnncorp.com for further assistance.

Typically, the original user who purchased the subscription has left the organization and the new user who is taking over does not know who to contact for help.

As you already know, once you have logged onto our website and accessed the DotNetNuke Support Network page, you will then have access to the following resources which will help you start your DotNetNuke project:

-Download the commercial editions of the DotNetNuke software and user manual.

-Access the DNN Wiki and Knowledge Base for common questions.

-Submit on-line support tickets to our Technical Support team.

-Find the phone number to call our Technical Support team for users who have purchased Elite Support.

If you have any other general questions or concerns please send an email to CustomerCare@dnncorp.com and we will be more than happy to help you.

Sincerely,

Larry Lee
