I need to create a new installation of DNN and then copy one portal from an old installation to it. Is there a way this can be done?

Failing this, is there a way to strip the old site down to just one portal?

If you go to the Host menu on the old site and select Portals you should be able to Delete all portals except for the one you want to keep (you have to click the pencil to edit the portal and then the Delete button is on that page)

Not sure about copying the portal, there's a lot of data in the DB that would need to be moved and I don't know if there's a built-in way to do it.

Thanks.  I have tried this but I can not delete one of the portals.  It seems to time out (It's the biggest portal on the site).  Is there any way to extend the time out?  I have extended the user session (in the host section) to hours but this does not seem to do a thing.
