Congratulations to Bruce! I think it's a shinning example of offering exceptional software and service.

Now, the way I see it is as follows. The community has been taken away the option to have a decent URL provider.

Not everyone has the ability to acquire professional option. What was once an option to integrate a ~$120 module has ballooned into a $2,000 fee. Most of the features (i.e webfarm, etc) aren't necessary for most users.

If you read the details more closely, you will see the opposite is true: everyone will now have access to top notch URL management.  Only the error handling is removed for community members.

Granted, most of the features will require direct DB manipulation but it only a matter time before someone creates an open source Forge project to bring this functionality to the admin screen.
