Gilles,

I do really appreciate your prompt answers and help and I agree from my tests it looks like it is an environment issue as well. The problem is my hosting provider says it is not an environment issue. so I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have looked at the code but can not see what setting is trying to be updated.

 Thanks Again for your help

Hi Mark,

I have found a post from the hosting company of the user mentioned in my previous post, you can read it here. IMHO, it's a problem related to the environment probably due to W2K8 R2 and seem solved with SP1, but again this is not related to DNN nor to the Store module. May be it's time to change your hosting company!

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi Giles,

You read my mind. Yes I need to ether change providers or change to a different store platform.

Thanks
Mark

Hi,

May be you don't know it, but Microsoft publish automatic service pack each month and in general it's on Tuesday. All computer runing Windows in the world configured with automatic update have received the last service pack started from Wednesday! Most of times, Windows servers are configured to apply the sp and restart in the night, that's why (I suppose) your problem is corrected now. CQFD.
