Mike,

Yes I looked to see if there was some sort of list, but I found none. I know that I must objviously be missing something...but I searched and can't seem to find where the code is that creates the "Pages" menu item... Nor can I find a command that after it's created (Because I am not looking to change the framework code directly) that I can just make it Visible=False to hide it.

Could you not CSS it out of the way

I don't know about 6.2 as I am using 7.1 but there is an id on the pages menu option id=dnnCurrentPage
so in your style sheet you could
#dnnCurrentPage { display:none;}

Of course this would hide it for everyone. But as you sound like you know what is going on under the hood you could probably do something around it.

Rebecca:

Thank you for the suggestion. But as you yourself suspected, that would hide it across the entire framework for all users, and that is not the effect I am looking for.
