Hi,

I'm having issues with the new skin I purchased. I created a new user id/password to give to the third party vendor for troubleshooting purposes. What type of access rights do I need establish for this user ID? The vendor will need to be able to edit pages, etc. but I do not want to give them ADMIN access, if all possible.

Thanks!

Jake

A skin vendor with normally need admin rights to do any work on your site - if not complete host and maybe ftp access as well depending on the skin developer.
