I created My Own Scheduler ..which write to specific file every 5 minutes..

The Scheduler working fine with me ..only when I do any request into my portal ..
So I changed The Scheduler Mode which on the host setting to be Timer Mode not Request Mode (Because i want that scheduler run every time even if no request).

But that didn't change any thing .. still my scheduler run when i do request to my portal only ..If i don't do anything in the portal ..The Scheduler still sleep

Try to do the following. It might help you.

Make the Host Settings -> Other Settings -> Schedule Mode to request Mode

Then while adding any item to the Scheduler, check the check box against Schedule Enabled.
