Hi,

I have created a Parent Portal and assigned the Admin also to this site using the host account. I have also created a user also for the same site. But I am not able to login into the newly created website. The website Homepage is accessible but when I try to login it always says "Login Failed. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive". When I tried to login using Host it gives a different error "A critical error has occurred.An unexpected error has occurred". I am not sure what mistake, I am doing.

NOTE: However I am able to login to the original DNN (Awesome Cycles) website, using Host and Admin both.

Please help.

If you created the child portal after the 2 new accounts, they wouldn't have access to it. You need to create the portal first, go to the portal and then create the accounts. Also, don't forget to assign them to roles.

I have created ParentPortal  after that i created one account with permissions.I  am unable to  login..

Log in as host and double check the credentials for that second account. Make sure you see the account and change the password as well and then try.
