What server OS? And what version of DotNetNuke? Did you happen to also upgrade your DotNetNuke install at the same time and, if so, from what version to what version? I'm asking because it looks like you're site is using the Integrated pipeline mode but the necessary commands for the provider haven't been run.

Server 2008R2

DNN Version 06.02.06

Did not update DNN Version. Only updated AD Provider frmo 5.0.2 to 5.0.5

I'm running the Application Pool in "Classic" mode

Hmmm it should still be working fine. Can you send me a copy of your web.config to michael.john.horton@gmail.com so that I can compare it to mine.

I received it but didn't get a chance to compare it over the weekend. My father was hospitalized late last week so I spent most of the weekend visiting with him. I'll try to take a look at it tonight.
