Dear experts,

I am using DNN 7 and trying to figure out how to send verify code to new user. I think my Proxy settings & SMTP Server settings are correct because I can receive email when I test it by pressing the 'Test SMTP Settings' button. However, when I register a new user I've never received any email (new user did not receive any email and my host email account did not receive either). This is my other settings at the site: Admin -> Site Settings -> User account settings -> Registration settings -> Verified

I also tried to make the same setting in DNN 6.2.1 and I did not receive any verified code either.

Can anyone suggest a solution for this please?

Many thanks in advance,

Quin
