We are currently running 6.01.00. I have a test machine that I was able to upgrade successfully to 6.02.06. When I try to go from 6.02.06 to 7.00.05 I can not get the upgrade wizard to work. I have "unblocked" the files before unzipping, copied them over, and made sure that the auto-upgrade option is set to false in the web config file. I keep getting this error when launching my site:

"Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.Web.Razor' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.Web.Razor' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded"

Any ideas?

Is your application pool running in .NET 4.0?

It was not. I fixed that part. Now I am getting the following error:

"Could not load file or assembly 'ClientDependency.Core' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

Please check if the dll files in the Bin Folder have the same Version as your DNN.

It appears that the application pool is still running in ASP.Net 2.0/3.5. Having make the change to ASP.Net 4.0 application pool in integrated (not classic) mode, you may need to restart the application pool for the change to take effect. Another possibility is that the modifications made automatically to web.config when DNN senses the presence of ASP.Net 4.0 are not taking place.
