 This is the most common issue.  There may be two column, three column, etc. skins so you need to edit the correct one.  Also remember to clear your browser's cache.

Shane,
There's an option when you export the skin from Artisteer to include (on not include) the Login link in the navigation menu.
I really wish they didn't do this and just used a login LINK in the page.
