I've bought FormMaste NextGen and received a registration key for 1 instance.

Due to some reason I have to downgrade to a previous version, so I un-installed Formmaster and installed the previous version. When I try to activate it, I get the message:

This Registration Key has already been activated. This Registration Key allows for 1 instance(s) to be activated at a time. De-activate an instance to activate it here.

I'm activating it on the instance it is already registered to and because I uninstalled the other version, I can not access that and de-activate the key.

Is this registration something provided by dotnetnuke, or is is custom for Formmaster? Who should I contact for support? Is this something I can fix myself?

Roland,
That's specific to that 3rd party module.
