I have successfully added the Events module to my Social Groups and event I create for one Group only appear to that group. So far so good but what I don't understand is how a member of that group should make clear he/she wants to attend the event? Am I missing something in the configuration? I expected a button with the text 'Attend' or something like that?

Have you set the event to use enrolment?

  • Event Module Settings: Permit Event enrolment
  • Allow enrolment parameters on an Event basis

I was too excited and jumped immediately into creating events :) I am now playing with the module but I still have a lot to learn! I am very sorry I cannot attend your DNN Social meeting because I am abroad at that time.
