I have two screenshots of my problem here:
http://moree007.shutterfly.com/pictures#n_5

I have two site skins - "Eastern Sheet Metal (ESM)" and "RRS".

I am using the ULToken template.

If you notice the top navigation on the ESM skin, the navigation is using the same navigation words as the RRS skin.  This is NOT what I want.

The first screenshot "ESM screenshot (HTML)", is the original design.  This is how the end result should look.

I've tried to google ULToken to try to see a step-by-step guide, but I don't find anything comprehensive enough for me to be able to troubleshoot why ESM is inheriting RRS's navigation.
