I have this strange behavior. Can you help?

If that can help, I tried to find a solution, and in the error, it show this path: /Portals/0/Documents

But this folder doesn't exist.

I have no idea where it goes to search this folder

I create the folder Documents, and it works again.

But it goes to this folder directly, and I would like to open the file manager to the root /Portals/0/

Check the Document Manager settings in Host, HTML Editor Configuration. A path was probably set on this.
