Guys, I solved. But it have no sense.

I installed 7.1.1 in my localhost. It worked. I upgraded to 7.1.2. It worked. So I compared the differences between localhost and server host settings.

In server I had Show Copyrights: disabled and, in client resource management, Current Host Version 19.
In localhost I had show copyright: enabled and, in client resource management, current host version 35.

I increased current host version in server instance, enabled copyrights and filemanager works. I suppose that the modify that makes filemanager to work is client resource management, but what is the reason???

Great to hear it did solve the problem for you. Tried all the things that solved the problem in your website but unfortunately it didn't work for me.

My host version is on 99. I don't know what that means or does. I didn't increment it and my file manager is still empty.

CRM version is just to make sure, updates get delivered to the client, thee is no functional difference.
What might cause differences ist JQuery and jQueryIU versions and use of popups and/or skin widgets

So I really don't know why now it works, since the jquery settings now, are the original ones that comes with 7.1.2. When I tried to set old jquery settings, filemanager didn't work at all, even if popup was enabled. Mistery....
