Content localization is enabled in my case, and i have only 1 search results page (this happened after I enabled the content localization, before they were 2 pages).

the language is ar-jo.

So should always be one search results module for both all languages ?

I've made some test in a similar configuration than you (content language (4 language En, Fr, es and ar-jo) and i've not been able to reproduce the error. So it don't seem to be the fact to get more than one Search result module who is the problem

Can you go to hot -> SQL then copy / paste / execute this select command and paste here the row returned :

Select * from Modules where ModuleDefID=87

I got these results :
