I am sure there are other developers around, but DNN Corp has bought out a few, and we have a few disappeared.. If someone provides a community module you can understand they might go and not wish to do that job any more, but when a commercial DNN developer goes, whether by acquisition, or in this instance, DNN is no longer their focus, I think it gives great concern to the community at large.

Why did CodingStaff close its store? They seem to have invested a ton in DNN skins and modules? Does this signal something about DNN's market?

So DNNSoftware acquired some commercial modules and there's a concern these modules are not available for the free edition of DNN. Doesn't this open an opportunity for a developer to create a competing module and fill the gap? The market place for the free DNN edition is much larger than  Evoq's which has the acquired full module built in.
