Hi

on a test site I have created a registration page with the Account registration Module

This module display 5 fields but then I have notice whenI create my account on Dnnsoftware.com that the registration form has more. So my question, how can I set exactly the number and field name I need, and how can I record it in db?

As far I as know, it was requesting additionnal, external module

Thanks in advance

D

Hi
This is DNN's default registration page present at sites destopmodule>admin>security>register.ascx page. You can have a look on to it.
Or you can create one custom registration page as well from admin>site settings>User account settings.

Thanks,

Thanks Kumar,

You really helped me a lot with your suggestion.
I tried to use admin>site settings>User account settings.

For those who have the same problem as me(it might save you several hour), I did :
- created all the field I was needed in the profil parameter section
- then select custom registration and specify the field list as I wanted, in the order I wanted (see the online info)
- then check "require a valid profile for registration" to force the user to fill it properly.

It works like a charm. thanks again

maybe, just one more thing....how to remove the registration message for private registration??

Regards
D

Its my pleasure David.
And about the registration message, do you want to ignore notification to host on user private registration?

Thanks,
