Rodney, you are right! I have been testing here many things. For example try to set the Profile Page to something else in Portal Settings, it works then. Also check the Member Directory Module, you cannot see that on the Activity Page if set in Portal Settings...

Are you serious about this Sebastian? Or does this just mean that you know more then we and Journal is stripped from future versions of DNN Platform and you should buy Evoq Social if you need to have Social functionality in your site?

I fear, as soon as there is an improved version for Evoq Social, the free version will be left untouched, as we see with other components like HTML or Q&A module.

@Sebastian - did you find fix for them? It kind of kills my whole social network if users cannot communicate.

unfortunately not yet. I spent all day and night to deal with performance issues in data layer of DNN platform.

Thanks - I have raised it so hopefully it can be escalated. I know the feeling re. spending days and nights on things - I have just installed a new version of DNN 7 and migrated all users, Active Social content and other things into it from the old PokerDIY with SQL scripts. 9 years of DNN .dlls and tables is a lot of stuff... but the new site is so much more responsive, even if it does look a bit bare...

Update: I tried another upgrade from a new instance of DNN 7.0.5 to DNN 7.1.1 (www.ftter.com) and the result is the same. No one except Host can post on their own walls.
