I fixed the notifications in 3.20.07. Since it was possible for people to subscribe to forums they could not see, we shut them off here and in the upgrade script I made it removed all subscriptions from the db to make sure people didn't get notifications on private forums they should not see. We then updated it so people could subscribe again here so you will have to update your settings to re-subscribe again.

Is this why I don't get some of my notifications? It seems like if someone replies to the thread, but not specifically to my post, I don't get the notification -- whereas I'd like a notification for all replies to the entire thread after I've posted in that thread .

I made some changes to eliminate bugs in the next 3.20.08 version (releasing within a week).

After this version is pushed and live on here, then we can look into what else may be wrong around the email notification system.
