I still think it is a issue with the Skin and the Navigation menu, perhaps related to jQuery library.  But I am not sure if there was a library change.   Personaly I had no issues on upgrading to DNN 6.2.9 and all my pages are linkable over the menu.

Could it be you didn't unblock the upgrade package before you extract them ?

Unblock them? I unzipped them like normal and copied them over and the upgrade went through just fine. I am only using the default skin and I am running SQL 2005 express and Windows 2003 std that is why I am still running 6.2.X.  Now the patch I referenced above is EXACTLY the error I get when I try to navigate to the "newly" created page that won't show so I assume that even if the 6.2.5 bug fix isn't for my 6.2.9 the FIX should still be centered around the same code changes.

On any 6.x Version the DDRMenu Provider was adopted as the Standard Navigation Provider.  I want to suggest to Change your Navigation Provider on your Skins ASCX controls.
