due to the fact, that changes are not centrally stored in a single table (each installed module uses its own data store), this is not an easy task. you would need to make sure, all module implement logging for changes in DNN event log and you enable logging for all these modification log types, you would be able to query log table to get your statistics - but I doubt, whether this information would be worth the effort.

Thank you for the information, Sebastian. So does each instance of a module log data individually, or does, say, all HTML modules log to the same location? Currently, only the HTML log is of interest to me. If every module on every page logs separately, then I agree with your judgement that it would not be worthwhile.
