Cathal,

Sorry to keep annoying you but have you done anything like sending the password with part of it hidden, kind of "S******9" sort of thing. To remind them of the password they used but not reveal the full password?

This is not a part of the dnn core - and for what its worth - the default dnn setting is now for hashed passwords.

This means there is no way to send a reminder of the password.   Instead it uses things like secret questions and password change tokens to trigger the creation of a new password.

The password reminder does still work if you override the system default - but I would not advise that you go down this path as its regarded as very insecure.
