OK, I'm working this issue out.

Turns out my web.config had an out-of-date reference to the scheduler. The w.c had this







It should have been this...note the namespace change.








Should these sections of the web.config be upgraded with a core DNN upgrade? I notice in the provider section of my website, there are a lot of references to old providers.

Hope this helps someone out there.
