Hello,

the website without "www" works OK. The website with "www" shows the following error (in Opera):
This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://www.cafefactory.cz/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

I have a DNN 07.01.02 (356).
Both bindings are set correctly at IIS.
The website works all right including connection to the database. (SQL database is set, but I have no access to the SQL Server Management Studio.)

Configuration is as follows:
Site management / Advanced settings / Site Aliases
SiteAlias Mapping Mode: Canonical
Auto Add Site Alias: no
Manage Alias(es): cafefactory.cz (primary)

Is my configuration settings correct? How to resolve redirect loop and how to add the www into the URL?

Have you implemented any other redirects, such as using IIS Url Rewrite?  If you have your portal alias set to 'Canonical', then you shouldn't be getting a redirect from DNN.

You can always specifically add another site alias (one for www. and one without).  Set your preferred one as the primary alias, and see if that works out OK.
