I have a single culture DNN5 site with flags for switching language.
Default=English, and i added Spanish as 2nd language under Admin > Languages.

Issue 1: In edit view, the edit toolbar (little arrow with Edit Text, Configuration, Delete) is only visible in Firefox and the default language. In the 2nd language there is only a placeholder for this. My guess is that it is because of script error of dnn.controls.dnnlabeledit.js:
undefined is not a function

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Issue 2: In the Admin tools area, the edit toolbar is not not accessible at all. When i hover over it, it becomes a wait symbol. How to fix / work around it? before & after shot

thanks
Martin

It might be a skin issue, do you experience the same on a page, which has the default dnn skin applied?
