I have a site that is using a new install of DNN 7.2.0 (not upgraded). None of the drop down fields are populating. We have a VERY HIGH need to export content from a module, but it will not show folders to export to. Need to do this immediately. Because it won't allow us to select a folder to export to, I cannot export the module content.

Here is a screenshot, it just hangs forever like this...

that typically indicates the service framework request failing (so no data is returned), or an exception being thrown when the request is made. I wrote up a wiki page http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/Page/... with some places to check for to get exception details

So I tried your suggestion. First I changed the log config file to show All events. Then I tried to export the content. Nothing showed.

So then I installed the Fiddler Web Debugger, started a capture session, tried to export the content, and then stopped it. Here's what it said....

those 3 url's are not enough detail - you need to detail what their http status is - and you need to click on the last one and see what the response to it was (bottom right hand side, select json view)

Here is what the JSON View showed. I had to take screenshot as there's no way to copy this...

The you'll have to right click and view the image to see it bigger as this forum is limiting the display size.
