Using DNN 7.

I need to users to allow them to select their registration role by themselves when they are registering to the site.

Is this possible?

How can I do this? Any suggestions?

Please can you advise.

Thank You!

you can create public roles that user's can subscribe/unsubscribe to, I'm guessing this is what you mean -see http://www.dnnsoftware.com/help#Docum...

Thank you Cathal.

But have about 10 roles and users should have the ability to select one (or more) through a dropdown or a checkbox list of them. Not auto assigning to the role. Actually it shouldn't just be in the edit profile page. It should be in the first registration form with username, password and confirm password fields.

I did try to add also a custom field dropdown list to the registration as a new profile field. But it is not coming in the "registration Fields" in the admin settings. I think the custom fields are not listing in this option.

Please can you advise for both above questions.

Thank You!
