this might be an issue with jQuery version being used. please check Host Settings for the jQuery method being used and switch from hosted to local.

I tried to check and uncheck the "Use Hosted jQuery Version?" but nothing changed. My host jquery settings:

Installed jQuery Version : 1.9.1

Installed jQuery UI Version : 1.10.3

Use jQuery Debug Version? No

Use Hosted jQuery Version? No

Hosted jQuery URL : http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/...

Hosted jQuery Migrate Plugin URL :

Hosted jQuery UI URL : http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/...

Just for laughs - edit your hosted query links so that they point to the correct versions

Hosted jQuery URL
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/...

Hosted jQuery UI URL
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/...

And then tell the site to use the Hosted plugins - I recall seeing a wierd report at one point that seemed to suggest that on upgraded sites the hosted version was sometimes possibly being used regardless of what the checkbox said.
