I had 4.0.1 running great on my server 2003 with SQL 2000.  Then I upgraded to SQL 2005 Enterprise and now all my DNN sites are dead slow.  It takes 60+ seconds per page to load and sometimes just times out.

same here.. the site is much slower with SQL Server 2005...

You might check this blog out.  Interesting issue on 64 bit, and a good question to search on the forums here and asp.net.
