Not exactly - you need to open up the .dnn file that holds the manifest - if one exists.
its an XML formatted text file - so open it in a text editor - or some tool like notepad++

Work your way down the list of files - and copy just the files it lists into a new folder somewhere on your system.
Also copy the .dnn file into that same folder. Note = dont make any subdirectories - just put all the files in the same folder

Now zip all those files up.

That is a basic dnn installer.
