Unfortunately there are two errors in the .dnn manifest file included in the package:

1. The 04.04.02.SqlDataProvider file is incorrectly given a name of 04.05.00.SqlDataProvider in its <script> node and

2. The 04.04.02.txt cleanup file is contained in the Resources.zip resources file. It should not be referenced in the manifest's <files> node or alternatively the files should be placed in the root of the zip package not in Resources.zip.

I noticed that this problem has already been logged in the project's Issues page on CodePlex.
