I suggest installing DNN 7.2.2 symbols from DotNetNuke.codeplex.com, which will add debugging infos

Rohan,

The error you show from having symbols installed tells me there's a property missing

Likely it's in the SQL script that runs on upgrade

Would you please log this in JIRA with the debug error: https://dnntracker.atlassian.net

You should have a big black "Create" button directly to the right of the "Agile" selector

I'll have someone look at this right away...
